News: It is hard to believe that the month of August has arrived.  The summer at the Fatima Shrine has been a busy one.  I would like to thank all those who have participated in our Eucharistic Procession on the 13th of July; it was a grace filled evening of which we are all grateful. It was a great preparation for the Eucharistic Congress that was held in Indianapolis the same week where tens of thousands came and participated in  festivities while giving glory to God as part of a Eucharistic Revival in our country.  I believe if there were ever a time for such a revival it is now.  I think that I can say with some degree of certainty that most of us, if not all of us, are feeling as if something has gone horribly wrong in our nation and world. That the enemies of mankind have gotten control of the levers of power and will do anything to keep their hold on us.  Their desire seems to transform our nation into something that we nor our children will recognize. We seem to be witnessing the controlled demolition of this once great country by forces that would be perfectly content if we disappeared tomorrow. The demoralizing attack and corruption of our once great institutions, along with an immoral and dehumanizing world view seems to put people of faith, and Christians in general with a target on our backs.  It is never a good thing when we hear discourse that dehumanizes or disparages a certain group of people, that never seems to end well.  It appears to be a sign of the times, that God is calling us to be more vigilant and faithful than ever before. I believe that it is Our Lady through her Immaculate Heart that she is gathering her forces together like a great army in full battle array as the scripture tells us, preparing us for her triumph.  The way she will conquer will by leading us back to Her son through devotion to the Eucharist.  “Most Holy Trinity, I adore you, my God, my God, I love you in the Most Blessed Sacrament.”
